Help Dreamers find a permanent fix to DACA

Earlier this year a federal judge suspended new DACA applications for Dreamers. The Biden administration is now attempting to revive the DACA program. While the program would offer some relief to Dreamers through DACA, it still does NOT offer Dreamers a path toward citizenship. So, in addition to supporting the return of DACA, we must also continue to ask Congress to find a permanent fix for Dreamers – which number 1.9 million in the U.S.

Voice your support for DACA recipients by sharing a public comment today.
Don’t wait! This public comment period only lasts for 60 days.

Will you share your support for Dreamers today?

The Biden Administration is opening a 60-day public comment period so that people like you can voice your support for DACA and call for a pathway to citizenship.

This is your opportunity to make your voice heard by the Biden Administration on DACA. Dreamers are contributing billions of dollars to our economy and Congress must deliver on their promise and finally provide a pathway to citizenship for the undocumented community now. It couldn’t be easier! All you need to do is submit your comment of support through this new online tool.

Every single comment will make an impact on the lives of Dreamers and their families.

Advocacy organizations are concerned with some of the language in the rule that could allow a future administration to deny the opportunity for DACA recipients to access work authorization. They do not believe these issues are separate, as the ability for Dreamers to freely live with their families and communities is synonymous with their ability to choose to legally work.
